This month, we’ve got six albums and a playlist of over 80 new tracks, all from 2025. How to describe the sounds? Lots of out-of-the-city singer-songwriter folk, indie, and country. Some main character pop, like Lorde’s Favorite Daughter and Marina’s I <3 You. So much good jazz, global groove, and ambient. A really fun and danceable album from Gelli Haha. Of course, I revisit the tender and affecting Tether from Annahstasia. Plus, a lot more.
